 ROUTE PACKAGE INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ORDERS!

T Nicole Beauty offers package insurance through ROUTE to all customers at checkout. If you choose this option, please track your package until it reaches its destination. In case of any issues, use the following link to file a claim at claims.route.com. Route will conduct an investigation and notify us upon completion. It's essential to understand that T Nicole Beauty is not accountable for the duration of the claims process.

If you decide to unselect or opt out of Route Package insurance, T Nicole Beauty will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipper. By opting out, you accept full responsibility, removing any liability from T Nicole Beauty. Consequently, we will not engage in any investigations with the shipping company for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is crucial to note that you bear full responsibility for any mishaps.

T Nicole Beauty will NOT provide replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages classified as such by the shipper and supported by a claims report for customers who opt out of Route package insurance.

SHIPPING DELAYS

1. For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner.
2. We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
3.  Signature Confirmation May Be required on some orders.
4. Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.
5. Orders ordered online cannot be picked up in stores unless pick up is checked.

RUSH SHIPPINGWe cannot control the holiday/sales rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery. WeDO NOTship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.

 For the prevention of credit card fraud, certain orders may necessitate ID verification before shipment. In cases where your billing, banking, or credit card details do not align with the information on record with the credit card processor, we may ask for supplementary information. Additionally, for some first-time customers, we will reach out to confirm your identity as the cardholder.

Pre-Installation

• ​Inspect the hair
• Gently brush or comb your hair extensions with a paddle brush or wide-tooth prior to co-washing or washing. Start from the bottom and go up from there to gently detangle.
• Co-wash or wash your hair extensions in lukewarm water with premium products.
• Always rinse your hair thoroughly in lukewarm water.
• Condition your hair, comb through, and make sure the conditioner is fully saturated. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes and rinse in lukewarm water.
• Use sulfate and alcohol free products
• Lay your hair onto a flat surface to air dry. You can also hang your hair extensions to dry.

​Post-Installation

• ​Use a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb to style your hair
• Use a leave-in conditioner to ensure your hair is moisturized
• Always detangle your hair prior to co-washing or washing your hair; be gentle
• Minimize the use of heat on your hair. If you must use heat; a heat protectant is a must. The melting point of hair is 422 degrees. Anything over this temperature will cause the hair to break down, dry out, and become damaged. Never go over this level of heat while styling hair. Also, try to avoid excessive passes with the flat iron or curling iron. This is especially important with curly and wavy hair. Using too much heat will destroy the curl pattern and prevent your extensions from lasting as long as they should.
• At night use a satin bonnet or scarf to protect your hair. Sleeping on a satin pillow is also helpful. If your extensions are textured or curly, you may want to use flexirods to help maintain the curls. You can also put large twists or braids in to maintain the wave pattern. Never go to sleep without wrapping your hair!
• Maintain biweekly shampooing.
• T Nicole Beauty Extensions are 100% Raw Human Hair and need to be treated as you would your own natural hair, with TLC. Always use high quality shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. When conditioning, allow the product to remain on the hair at least 30 minutes with heat if possible for maximum conditioning.
